She was right, they are eggs.

She wants to keep them and take care of them. What is the suggested location/temperature for these guys?

By the way, AWESOME video above. It was a great learning experience for the family to learn about Lady Bugs. :)

After the snow hits their primary predator does take advantage of the snow, and that would be the wolf. They are beautiful though and I don’t know if I could make myself shoot one myself as I hunt to subsist not for trophies on my wall and would rather photograph that one, and whisper a little prayer for it to perpetuate. Or not, I guess it depends on how hungry I am, I am after all, a predator.
