New snakes the size of a piece of spaghetti

The smallest snakes in the world have been found on the islands of Barbados and St. Lucia. They are thread(about 10 cm.) snakes about 4 inches long and the width of a piece of spaghetti.     Be aware these creatures may be small but their bite can be huge.

    Australia is home to some of the World’s most venomous snakes but I was very surprised, as a New Zealander, just how small these dangerous animals are.

    I have been told the humble mosquito cause more deaths in India than any other single creature – yet you can swat them quite readily.
